About
I am an Occupational Therapist with a special interest in supporting mothers and their children during the first three years of life - a period of enormous physical, emotional, developmental, and relational change.
My approach is grounded in the belief that a mother's wellbeing and a child's development are deeply interconnected. I support families to navigate the everyday realities of early parenthood, from establishing routines and managing regulation to feeding, sleep, play, self-care, and family life.
Through an occupational therapy lens, I look at the whole picture: the mother, the child, their relationship, their environment, and the occupations that make up everyday life.
