About:

While my main clinical strengths as a Biokineticist lie in orthopaedic rehabilitation and chronic pain, over the years I’ve completely fallen in love with working with women through pregnancy and early motherhood. There is something incredibly meaningful about contributing positively to such a physically and emotionally wonderful, yet challenging, chapter of a woman’s life.

I’m also currently in my own preconception phase. After years focused heavily on my career and building my business, I’ve become increasingly conscious of the need to invest in my own mental and physical health for myself, for the family I hope to build, and for the kind of mother I hope to become.

Birth is an intensely physical experience and one that can understandably feel daunting. I strongly believe women can prepare their bodies for it just as intentionally as they prepare their minds, helping them approach birth feeling stronger, more capable and better supported.

I’m passionate about using movement to support preconception health, manage pain, fatigue, energy and mood through pregnancy, prepare physically for birth, and rebuild strength postpartum.

That passion has shaped our practice, and I’m incredibly fortunate to work alongside a wonderful team of Biokineticists who have helped me grow and refine our maternal support services. Together, we focus on preconception health, pregnancy exercise support, postpartum recovery and rebuilding physical capacity for future pregnancies, with individualised, varied and progressive exercise at the core of our approach.
